What happens to what you check.
You share sensitive things with Myra — bank messages, WhatsApp forwards, personal photos. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.

The short version
- You sign in with Google to run a check. We use your email address to save your reports and count your daily checks — nothing else from your Google account.
- What you add is used only for that check. Photos and screenshots aren't stored. An uploaded video is deleted from our processing service right after the check.
- Myra's report is kept for 90 days in “Your checks”, then deleted automatically. You can delete any report sooner, with one tap.
- We don't sell your data, show you ads, or use your checks to train AI models.
What we collect, and why
Your email addressFrom Google sign-in. To save your reports to your account and to count today's checks.
What you ask Myra to checkText, links, screenshots, photos and videos. Only to run that check.
Myra's reportsThe answer, the evidence and the sources — plus any follow-up questions you ask. So you can open them again in “Your checks”.
Simple countsHow many checks you ran today, and what each check cost us to run. To keep the service fair and affordable.
In messages you check, phone numbers and one-time codes (OTPs, PINs) are masked before the report is saved.
How long we keep it
Reports90 days, then deleted automatically. Delete any of them sooner from “Your checks”.
Photos and screenshotsNot stored. They're used while the check runs, then discarded. Hidden file details (such as a camera or AI-tool label) are read only to help the check.
Uploaded videosSent to our processing service for the check and deleted from it right after.
Videos shared from your phoneWhen you use Share → Myra Trust, the video waits on your own phone until the page opens it, then it's removed.
Answers we can reuseWhen you check something public — a YouTube video, a news article, a well-known scam message — Myra may reuse its answer for other people for a short time (24 hours; 30 days for long videos), so they get it instantly. These saved answers carry no name or email.
Who else sees it
To run a check, Myra sends what you added to trusted service providers that work on our instructions: AI processing, web and news search, published fact-check search, reverse image search, unsafe-website lists, domain records and YouTube's public video details. They use it to answer our request, not for their own purposes. We don't sell, rent or trade your data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
We may disclose information if the law requires it — for example, a valid request from a court or a government authority.
Your choices and rights
- See your data: everything Myra saved is in “Your checks”.
- Delete it: remove any report yourself, any time. To delete all your Trust data, or your account, email us.
- Correct it, or ask a question: email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Stop: you can stop using Trust at any time. Your reports still delete themselves after 90 days.
Children
Myra Trust Intelligence is meant for adults (18 and over). If you're younger, please use it together with a parent or guardian.
Keeping it safe
Your reports are stored on secured cloud servers, and only you can open them when signed in. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't add passwords, card numbers or full bank details to a check — Myra never needs them.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Big changes will be shown on Trust before they apply.
