A viral post says the government took no action on a student hostel shortage at a state university.
“Nothing was done.”
A broad assertion. Myra first pins down the issue and the period, then compares documented actions against outcomes.

Myra's balanced explanation
“Nothing was done” isn't accurate: a 400-bed temporary hostel was built and opened. But the shortage isn't resolved. The larger block hasn't been completed and rent support has no record of payment. Criticism that the response is slow is a fair opinion; it isn't misinformation.
The rule Myra applies to everyone. A government statement is evidence of what the government said, not proof that an action worked. An accusatory post isn't automatically misinformation.
