Your loan is more than an EMI.
Understand the total cost, charges, repayment conditions and consequences, before and after borrowing.
The amount sanctioned isn't the amount you get.
Where ₹8,00,000 goes before it reaches you
SampleMyra's observations
Evidence-backedTotal interest is ₹2,79,909
The scheduled interest if all 60 EMIs are paid as agreed.
The real annual cost is 14.41%, not the disclosed 13.59%
Myra rebuilt the cash flows: you receive ₹7,66,420 and repay 59 EMIs of ₹17,998 and a final ₹18,027. That gives 14.41% a year.
Early closure is locked for 12 EMIs
After that, 4% + GST: about ₹31,961 if you close right after EMI 12.
In rupees, from the documents.
On the samples: money you may be owed, could save, or have at risk. Each figure is a finding's own, with its calculation and source; options are never added together.
What if you repay early?
Two choices, side by side: keep the EMI and finish sooner, or keep the tenure and lower the EMI. Free, no sign-in.

Does the cover keep up with the loan?
Add the certificate of insurance to your loan's check, with the loan's documents: Myra puts the cover beside the loan. A certificate on its own gets its own report.
- Cover beside the loanThe cover as the certificate sets it out, beside what you owe, year by year; and what a rate rise, which makes a loan run longer, leaves unpaid when the cover ends.
- Who's paid, and the premiumThe lender first, any balance to the nominee; a co-borrower's share; the premium taken from or added to the loan, and the interest on it.
- Closing the loan earlyWhat the certificate says happens to the cover and the premium when you prepay, close or move the loan; a ready request to the insurer when it says nothing.
- Optional, by the rulesInsurance with a loan is voluntary, and where cover is needed you can choose the insurer. RBI's stricter rules for banks, NBFCs and housing finance companies start on 1 Jan 2027.
